摘要 总结这种成井工艺是螺旋掏槽、炮孔布置、装药结构、装药量、分段爆破段高、上下孔口堵塞、爆破网路等钻眼爆破技术。 While using the technique, layout all the holes on cross section of blind shaft or draw shaft, drill all the holes through from upper level to lower level, then blast all the holes with full-face deep-hole sublevel blasting method from upper part of the holes to lower part of the holes.There is φ300 mm empty central hole in cross section, the other holes of φ120 mm are laid out in accordance with single spiral cut, Charging density for breaking—in shot is 2-4 kg/m; for satellite holes and line holes—4-5 kg/m. Loaded constitution is integral charging method with air intervals, wihch means cartridges detonation fuses and elctric detonators are tied together with clamped plates, then all of them are put into holes. Lower hole collars are choked with special wooded wedges and stemming material tight; upper hole collars are stemmed. Height of sublevel blasting is 5-10m; average height of sublevel blasting is 6.2m.Detonators are, 1,3,5 delayed—action electric detonatorsfor breaking-in shot; 6, 7, 8 delayed—action electric detonators for satellite hole and line hole blasting. MFB-100 type exploder is used for detonating.As compared with bucket sinking method, the technique has the advantages of decreasing direct cost of sinking by 40%;increasing efficiency by 120%; shortening time limit for sinking by 1/3; improving working condition and safety because sinkmen work outside draw raise
