油菜菌核病菌系致病性研究

Virulence of isolates of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum on rapeseed

采用火柴棍菌丝接种法 ,将 2 3个油菜菌核病菌系接种甘蓝型油菜植株茎秆内 ,通过比较病斑长度 ,评价不同菌系的致病能力。研究结果表明 ,不同菌系对感病和抗病品种均能致病 ,但病斑长度有明显差异 ,同源子囊孢子系以及不同来源菌系的致病力存在差异。

The collection of fifteen ascospores and eight sclerotia isolates of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum from different regions and different rapeseed varieties was established. The virulence of the 23 isolates was evaluated in 2 rapeseed varieties by artificial inoculation with mycelia. The results suggested that both resistant and susceptible variety were infected by 23 isolates, although leision length were different. The virulence of isolates from homologous ascopore and several sites were also different.
