Reform of agricultural science academies and their political ideological work improvement

在对 10个省 (区 )及 4个直辖市农业科学院 (所 )科技体制改革进展和思想政治工作情况进行考察研究的基础上 ,提出了省级农业科学院领导体制和思想政治工作方面存在的问题 ,分析了产生问题的原因 。

The progresses of structural reform of scientific research for l4 agricultural sciences academies and the situation of political ideological work were investigated.Issues existed in structural reform and political ideological work were pointed out and analyzed.Some strategies for solving these issues were also given in this paper based on the dialectical materialism point of view.
