粤椒三号辣椒是由母本4968和父本5269配制的一代杂种。中熟,生长势强,果实羊角形,果长16.5cm,横径23cm,耐湿,平均单果重29g,果皮深绿色,光泽度好,每100g鲜重Vc含量为167.5mg,果条直,空腔小,耐贮运。

Yuejiao No.3' is a middle mature F1 hybrid developed by crossing female parent 4968 with male parent 5269. Fruit size is 16.5 cm×2.3 cm with average fruit weight of 29 g 0.3 cm thick wall dark green and medium-hot. Plant is vigorous highly resistant to southern bacterial wilt virus and tolerant to high humidity.
