On the Partiality for the Intelligence Capital

本文论述了智力资本消费偏好的特殊性在于消费精神产品的至上性和创造知识价值的无限性；说明在高校教师消费中生活消费与生产消费是同一的，都构成其生命存在与发展的重要组成部分。因而，高校教师作为智力资本所有者，个人消费的价值补偿与在知识生产过程中创造价值的社会认同及价值实现，就成为高等教育体制改革中为智力资本建立科学的、行之有效的激励机制的理论前提。

The article discusses the speciality of the partiality for the consumption of the intelligence capital, i.e. the supremacy of the consumption of the spiritual products and the limitlessness of the creation of the knowledge value.The article proves that life consumption and production consumption are equal in the consumption for the university teachers,both of which are indispensable parts of the existence and development of their life.Therefore,the value compensation of the individual consumption and the social recognition and value realization of the value creation in the process of the knowledge production of the university teachers as the proprietor of the intelligence capital become the theoretical prerequisite of building a scientific,effective,encouraging system for the intelligence capital in the reform of the higher education system.
