摘要
由于欧拉公式所计算的摩擦提升防滑安全有一定的偏差,故本文从钢丝绳与衬垫之间摩擦系数的变化特性、衬垫摩擦温升及提升钢丝绳的抗弯刚度三个方面研究了摩擦提升的摩擦传动方程。研究表明,衬垫摩擦系数变化影响了摩擦提升正常运行时的防滑安全;钢丝绳由于存在抗弯刚度而使提升机摩擦传动能力降低,衬垫的摩擦温升也减小了钢丝绳与衬垫之间的摩擦力而影响到钢丝绳滑动的安全性。
Derivation of Euler's equation is restrained by several assumptions. When it is applied to anti-slip safety computation, it will have some deviations. The paper studies this equation for frictional hoisting in three aspects, namely, variation of frictional coefficient between rope and lining,temperature rise due to friction of lining,and bending modulus of the hoisting rope. The investigation shows that anti-slip safety of routine hoisting is affected by performance of frictional coefficient; the bending modulus of rope will reduce the driving ability of the hoist; and temperature rise of the lining will decrease the frictional force between hoisting rope and lining, and thus will affect the safety of rope sliding.
