摘要
中国大采高(结构高度大于3.5m)支架试验工作面矿压观测及模型试验资料证明,我国在平均采高达4.3m、倾角38°、Ⅱ_2顶板条件下使用BY320-23/45和BY360-25/50型掩护支架是成功的。对不同采高的顶板断裂、垮落和移动特点分析表明,支架结构高度小于5.5m是可行的。大采高支架工作阻力可用岩石自重法确定。工作面煤壁片帮随采高加大而加深。采用护帮装置等防护措施可使工作面围岩状态得到改善。在Ⅱ_(2~3)顶板条件下,大采高支架两柱掩护式优于四柱掩护式。
Ground pressure observations in faces and data obtained from model test of support with great mining height (the structure height greater than 3. 5m) showed that application of BY320-23/45 and BY360-25/50 shield support with an average mining height of 4.3m, dip angle of 38° were satisfactory in Ⅱ_2 class roof conditions. Analysis of roof fracture, roof collapse and movement at different mining heights indicated that it was feasible when the structure height was less than 5.5 m. The working resistance of support of great mining height can be determined by the rock gravity. Spalling of face becomes serious with increase of mining height. Use of sprag can improve the state of surrounding rocks. In the roof conditions of Ⅱ_(2~3) class, two-leg shield support is superior to four-leg shield support.
