摘要
本文在直接反转反风轴流通风机正、反转试验分析的基础上,讨论了叶片安装角θ_r和叶栅稠度τ对反风量的影响,反风量随管网阻力R的变化等规律,得出了轴流通风机在满足正常运行高效率(η_(max)>86%)的前提下可以实现70%以上的反转风量的结论。在风机的合理工作区内,最大安装角下最高压力工况点的反风量为最小值,该点的反风量系数可以作为风机的反风量指标以衡量其反风性能。
The paper discusses the influence of installation angle of impeller, θr, and density of impeller grid,τ, on the reverse air quantity and variation of reverse air quantity with the change of network resistance based on tests of an axial fan running in two directions. A conclusion has been made that η_(max) of an axial fan is greater than 86% in normal operation, the fan can produce over 70% of reverse air quantity when running reversely. Within the rational running scope of the fan, the reverse air quantity reaches the minimum value at the maximum installation angle and highest pressure point. The coefficient of reverse air quantity at the point can be used as in index to measure the performance of reversing air.
