新世纪高师院校德育应当体现时代性、社会性和国际性。尤其要重视研究德育的新情况、新特点和新问题 ,重视研究德育育人的内容、目的 ,从而继承、创新并完善高师院校德育 ,以提高人的全面素质 。

Ethic education in teacher-oriented colleges and universities in the 21st century should keep in line with contemporary social development. New trends, new traits, new problems have to be studied, and the aims redefined, in order to inherit, innovate and perfect ethic education for the purpose of fostering men of abilities that meet the needs of the new century
