摘要
在依法治国和教育体制改革的双重背景下 ,高校学生工作应转变传统的育人观念 ,树立法治理念 ,即以公正作为人才培养的生长点和立足点。具体而言 ,一是确立权利本位的价值取向 ,以学生权利的实现程度作为衡量工作的价值标准 ;二是认清高校的法律地位 ,扮演好既是民事主体又是行政主体的双重角色。
On the dual backgrounds of ruling our nation in accordance with laws and reforming the present educational system, the traditional personnel training conception in the management of students affairs in colleges and universities should give way to the lawful conception, which places fairness as the developing and the standing point of personnel training. To be precise, it means, in the first place, the determination of the value orientation of the rights noumena, which uses the degree of the realization of the students rights as the value standard to evaluate our work. Secondly, it means a clear understanding of the legal position of colleges and universities, who should play well the double role of the civil and the administration subject.
