培养各类工程专业人才 ,关键在于教师。工程类教师在人才培养方面应树立“以人为本”的观念、全面发展的观念、素质教育的观念。工程类教师应具有科学精神与人文精神 ,应加强社会实践与专业实践。同时要加强实践教学与实习基地的建设 ,提高工程类专业人才的培养水平。

Teachers are essential in the training of engineering personnel. The teachers engaged in engineering teaching should adopt the ideas of taking the students as central, promoting an overall development and implementing quality education. They must have scientific and humanistic spirit and attach great importance to social and special practice. At the same time, educational institutions must strengthen the experimental teaching and trainee bases building so that the education of engineering personnel can be rapidly improved.
