物理实验教学改革首先要确立物理实验大课程观 ,其次要建立分层级教学模式 ,再次要建设一支开放的实验教师队伍。

The reform of physical experimental teaching, first of all, must build up a macroscopic curriculum viewpoint of physical experiments. Secondly, it needs to establish teaching models of different levels. Thirdly, it is necessary to construct an open team of laboratory technicians for the reform.
