摘要
在教育的不同阶段和不同层次,素质教育的实施应有所侧重。高 校素质教育在注重提高学生全面素质的同时,应着重培养学生的主体意识、自学能力和创新 能力。本文就教师如何引导学生学会自我管理、自我评价、自我调控、自我设计。
In various stages and arrangements of education, execution of quality education should has individual emphasis. Quality education of universities notonly include improvement on students' all-round quality, but also includes edu c aion about students' consciousness of the main body, self-culture ability and innovative ability.This article discusses the problems of how teachers guide students to learn self-administered, self-appraisal, self-disign, self-educa tion.
