摘要
本文论述了露天矿铁路运输计算机初级实时调度系统C-DISPATCHO的研制和开发情况。根据我国露天矿山铁路运输的现状,决定以目前露天矿广泛采用的电话信息传输系统作为C-DISPATCHO的通讯基础,从而使其安装建造费用低,易于推广应用;该系统具有产生调度指令、查询、记录、统计报表和绘制运行图表等功能。根据优化理论和控制理论建立了求解车流密度的优化模型和用于矿石品位控制的理论模型,这些模型通过作者所建的调度原则表现在调度系统中,从而圆满地解决了调度决策的科学化问题。在C-DISPATCHO基础上建立了露天矿铁路运输模拟器,并据此对某露天矿运输系统进行了模拟研究。结果表明:C-DISPATCHO的运行机制是正确合理的,且具有良好的响应特性,通过计算机调度,可以使矿山的产量得到显著的提高。
The paper describes development of a primary computer-based real time railway dispatching system in open-pit mining, named C-DISPATCH0. According to current status of railway transport in open pits in China, the authors choose the telephone communication system, which is widely used in open pits, as the basic communication tool of C-DISPATCHO, which is characterised by low building and installation cost, easy application and multiple functions, as issue of production instructions, making inquiry, recording, reporting and drawing.
Based on the optimal theory and control theory, a LP model for determination of train flow density and an ore grade controlling model are set up and combined in the dispatching system by dispatching principles established by the authors.As a result, the dispatching decisions can be made scientifically. In order to verify and evaluate C-DISPATCH0, through recreating C-DISPATCHO, we developed a haulage simulator for open pits and with it a case simulation study was carried out. The results indicated that C-DISPATCH0 is a feasible system with rational inference, sound response character and ability in improving productivity.
