高校图书馆读者服务工作评估方法浅探

A Probe into Evaluation Methods of the Service Offered by A College Library to Readers

为提高高校图书馆的工作质量 ,应对高校图书馆的工作进行科学的评估。本文主要从图书馆馆员之间的评估及图书馆的自我评估两方面 ,探讨评估图书馆服务水平的方法 ,以期进一步提高图书馆的管理水平 ,调动图书馆工作人员的积极性。

For the purpose of improving the working quality of college libraries,the service offered by college libraries must be analyzed scientifically.This paper,in view of the inter evaluations among librarians and self evaluations conducted by libraries,mainly explores the methods of evaluating the service level of libraries,so as to raise the management level of libraries and to stimulate the staff to work hard and energetically.
