略论《资政新篇》与洋务运动

Brief account of New Administrative Paper and the Foreign Affair Movement

《资政新篇》是洪仁玕为太平天国制定的后期的革命纲领，主要内容是效法西方资本主义来改革中国社会。它虽然因为种种原因没有得到具体实施，但其中的一些改革方案和主张却为以曾国藩为代表的洋务派所实施。这说明在当时的时代背景下，向西方资本主义国家学习，使中国走向富强，以御外侮，是中国各阶级中的先进代表人物共同的认识和奋斗目标。《资政新篇》与洋务运动在向西方学习这一时代的主旋律上找到了一致。

New Administrative Paper was the later - period sketch drafted for the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom by Hong Ren - gan. Its main content was to reform Chinese society by learning from the capitalism of the west. Though it was not able to be carried out because of all sorts of causes, some of reform plans and views were carried out by the Foreign Affair Party represented by Zeng Guo - fan. That shows it was the common recognition and the struggling objective of advanced representative figures in every stratum of society in the background of that times to learn from the west capitalist countries to make China richer and stronger, and resist foreign invasion. New Administrative Paper and the Foreign Affair Movement were in agreement on learning from the west as main melody of times.
