关于高校教学运作机制的改革问题

摘要 过于僵化或过于刚性的教学运作机制是制约高校发展和达到目标的主要障碍,教学运作机制改革本质上是围绕教学(人才培养)进行的整个管理制度的配套改革。无论从学生所学内容和培养方案及素质教育的开展方面,还是从教学管理制度方面来论证,这种改革都具有必要性和紧迫性。教学运作机制的改革应从易到难,围绕探索优秀的教学模式层层推进,并要对改革中可能遇到的主要困难和问题作好充分的思想准备。 Over-ossified and over-rigid operating mechanisms of teaching is the chief barrier which restricts the development and achievement of higher institutions. The reformation of operating mechanisms of teaching is a complete set manage- of management reformation which centers on teaching (personnel training). This kind of reformation is both necessary and pressing no matter from what aspect we prove it, from what the students have learned, from what training plan has been made and from what degree the quality-aimed education is implemented. or we prove it from the management system of teaching, The reformation of operating mechanisms of teaching must be carried oat from the easy aspect to the difficult aspect, centering on the exploration of fine teaching mode and ready to squarely face the difficulties that night be met
