摘要
国民政府在抗战时期的高等教育政策有着积极和消极的两面性。一方面促进了中国高等教育的发展;另一方面由于加强思想控制,也阻碍了高教发展。这是由其阶级本质和自身利益决定的。
The higher education policy of Kuomintang government in Anti-Japanese War period bears dual nature: the positive aspect and negative aspect. It promoted the development of China higher education. On the other hand the policy also prevented the development because of the strengthened thought controlling which is the sequences of class nature and the benefits of the KMT government itself
