谈新时期高校的民主政治建设

On the Construction of Democratic Politics in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

发扬民主,走群众路线,调动广大教职工的积极性,把高校办学思想、目标、任务变成教职工的自觉行动,是高校深化改革的客观要求。但由于受现阶段生产力发展水平和整个国家民主进程的影响,高校领导和职工群众的自身素质、民主习惯和民主意识的发展还不成熟。因此,高校民主政治建设也需要有一个渐进的发展过程。

Each college or university is faced with a great task of deepening the reform .Under such circumstances, it becomes objectively more important to develop democracy and to follow the mass line in order to arouse the enthusiasm of the whole staff. But being restricted by the level of productive forces and being influenced by the democratic course of the whole nation, the leaders' and staff''s self-quality and democratic habits and consciousness are still unsatisfying. Therefore, the construction of democratic politics needs to be developed step by step.
