WTO unfolds th all aspects opening out economy,which brings us the awareness of the status and the vital importance of education when it leads an economy into the world.This article with the concept of pattern, makes clear the three questions: first , change of culture and the model of culture ; second , change of education form ;third, construction of for-life education.
