摘要
对新型聚酯合成用稀土化合物催化剂 (SR)进行了研究 ,结果表明 :在酯交换反应中 ,SR1 与SR2 配合使用 ,可使反应时间缩短 5 9% ,反应开始温度下降至 10 3℃。在缩聚反应中 ,SR1 与三氧化二锑配合使用 ,可提高反应速度 ,使反应时间缩短 18%。
The rare\|earth metal catalyst, SR, for novel polyester synthesis was studied. Concerning transesterification, SR 1 coordinative with SR 2 could ensure that the reaction time decreases by 59% and the reaction starting temperature drops to 103℃. As for polycondensation, SR 1 coordinative with antimony trioxide could enhance the reaction speed and reduce the reaction time by 18%. The obtained polyester chip remained good thermal stability without thermal stabilizer.
