摘要 着重探讨了降温母粒对远红外 PP共混体系熔融指数、熔点、流变性等的影响 ,研究了降温母粒对高速纺远红外细旦丙纶纺程上结晶、取向等结构形成的影响。结果表明 :在远红外 PP共混体系中添加 3 %的降温母粒 ,可改善流动性能 ,降低纺丝温度 ,大大改善体系的可纺性 ,可满足高速纺丝的要求 ,所得 The effects of different amount of chemical degradation agent on melt index, melt point and rheological property of far\|infrared PP blends were investigated. Meanwhile, the crystallinity and orientation of fine far infrared PP fiber in high speed spinning process were also observed. The results showed that by adding 3% chemical degradation agent, the rheological property of far infrared PP blends was improved and the spinning temperature was decreased, causing the spinnability greatly improved, thus they fitted high speed spinning. Furthermore, the supermolecular structure of the resulted fine far infrared PP\|POY fiber was favorable to the afterprocess.
