摘要
对 NOY公司涤纶 POY生产线双头纺的纺丝、卷绕部分及喷丝板进行了改造 ,探讨了改造后生产 12 5 dtex/ 72 f细旦丝的生产工艺。实验表明 :选择适当的工艺条件 ,纺丝顺利 ,生产稳定 。
The spinning and winding units and spinneret of NOY polyester POY line were reformed. The production process of 125 dtex/72f fine denier fiber after innovation was discussed. The results showed that proper spinning conditions guaranteed smooth spinning, stable production and fairly good POY products.
