In this paper,the basic principle and characteristics of electro-hydraulic proportional control technology are briefly introduced,and the application situation of the technology in automatic hydraulic press for ceramic tiles are prsented.As an example,the operation principles of the electro-hydraulic proportional control systems used in ALPHA1500-03 type hydraulic press made by LAEIS Corp.are analyzed concretely.The application prospect of proportional control technology in automatic hydraulic press is discussed finally.
