摘要
以陶瓷为基体的碳 /陶复合材料是一种新型固体导电材料 ,研究了作为导电组元加入的石墨含量对材料烧结的影响 ,并指出了改善烧结的途径。
Composite conductive ceramic is a new type of solid conductive material.The influence of the addition of graphite conductive component to the sintering of samples is investigated in this paper.And the way to improve the sintering is presented.
