本文从杀虫单 -水 -氯化钠三元体系的特性和结晶过程的原理出发 ,拟合了三元共饱和体系模型 ,根据模型计算结果来分析结晶过程中某些重要因素的变化趋势 ,从而得到较优的结晶条件 ,使水法工艺生产杀虫单原粉纯度可达到 95
Based on the principle in the crystallization process and the character of ternary system of the Shachongdan-H 2O-NaCl, the article gave a model of coeno-saturation. The crystallization process is considered as a salt-out process and some important tendencies in it are studied according to the calculation result of the model. The optimal conditions are obtained in the crystallization process. Shachongdan powder with purity of over 95% could be prepared as the technology in the article.
