摘要
着重对杀虫单的介质法磺化反应及结晶工艺进行了研究 ,探讨了影响磺化收率和杀虫单粉剂含量及出粉率的主要因素 ,找出了生产高纯度杀虫单粉剂的最优工艺条件。实验结果表明 :以含量为 5 0 %的氯化物盐酸盐为原料 ,按质量比为 1∶0 .95比例加入浓度为 85 %的甲醇介质进行磺化反应 ,磺化收率可达 88%以上 ,生产的杀虫单含量≥ 95 % ,折 10 0 %计的杀虫单出粉率≥46 % ,每吨折 10 0 %杀虫单粉剂耗甲醇≤ 0 .17吨。
The sulphonation reaction in media and the crystallization process in shachongdan production have been emphasisly discussed. The main influence factors in sulphonation and crystallization process has been investigated and the optimum conditions of the process have been found. The conclusions show that: by taking the chloride hydrochloric salt of 50% in content as raw material, adding methanol of 85% in concentration to the reaction system according to the mass ratio as 1∶0.95, the sulphonation recovery is over 88%, the content of shachongdan is greater than 95% and shachongdan powder ratio is over 46%, the consumption of methanol is lower than 0.17t/t.
