摘要
利用正交试验的SAS程序确定了胶乳硫化的适宜硫化剂及硫化助剂用量 ,在此基础上探讨不同稀碱液用量对硫化胶乳性质性能的影响 ,通过DTG、TG、DTA等现代分析手段测试过氧化物不同用量对胶乳耐热氧老化性的影响。结果表明 ,过氧化羟基异丙苯、四乙烯五胺、丙烯酸丁酯、聚氧乙烯十二烷基醚最适宜用量分别为 :0 .4 5 3g/1 0 0g干胶、0 .30 2 g/1 0 0 g干胶、3g/1 0 0 g干胶、0 .0 68g/1 0 0 g干胶。其硫化胶膜拉伸强度、撕裂强度、耐热老化性等物理性能均获得提高。就同一硫化胶乳配方而言 。
The adequate content of vulcanizator and curing accelerator vulcanizating NR latex was determined by using SAS of orthogonal experiment, and the influence of different content of dilute alkaline solution on properties of vulcanizate latex was also discussed. Different content of organic peroxide influencing on NR latex properties of heat and oxygen age resistant was tested by DTG, TG and DTA. It was indincated that the best content of cumyl hydroperoxide, tetra-ethylene lauryl ethet and a trace amount of ferric ion complex were 0.453,0.302,3,0.068 g/100g rubber. The physical properties, such as tensile strength, tear strength and heat age resistant etc, of curing latex film were all improved. The heat stability and tensile strength etc physical properties were regulated for same formulate of vulcanization latex by using dilute alkaline solution.
