摘要
介绍了BR90 0 0在发泡橡胶地垫中的应用情况。根据BR90 0 0自身特性 ,通过原料选择和增加软化油 ,解决胶料压出时的“漏白”现象 ,同时注意发泡速率与硫化速率的协调。研究证明 :BR90 0 0完全可以代替NR在发泡橡胶地垫中得到单独应用。
The application of BR9 000 in rubber sponge mats was introduced in this paper. The starvation problems as extruding was solved according to BR9 000 characteristics, and by means of selecting materials, adding soft oil. Matching of sponging rate and curing rate was noted. The results showed that BR9 000 could replace NR in rubber sponge masts.
