摘要
通过一系列有效的组分调节 ,研制出一种无氟磷酸盐玻璃来替代原美国专利上提出的精密模压用含氟磷酸盐玻璃。性能测试表明 :这种无氟磷酸盐玻璃在保持一定化学稳定性的基础上 ,不仅比原含氟磷酸盐玻璃具有更低的玻璃转变温度 ,而且还具有含氟磷酸盐玻璃所没有的相当好的耐辐照性能。
A new fluorine-free phosphate glass was selected as a basis to develop a proper glass composition substituting for the previously used fluorine containing glasses. The measurement of glass properties showed that the lower transition temperature T g and improved chemical durability reached a compromise through a series of effective composition adjustments. It also has good irradiation resistance.
