New application of phytic acid in metal protection

植酸是一种新型金属多齿螯合剂 ,可在金属表面形成一层致密的单分子有机保护膜 ,从而防止金属的腐蚀。介绍了植酸在金属防腐、磷化和钝化等工艺中的应用。

Phytic acid is a new multi-complexing agent for metal ions. It can produce a compact monomolecular organic film on metal surface and protect metal from being corroded. Herein, the new applicetion of phytic acid in metal protection, phosphating and non-chromium passivation was described.
