摘要
讨论PP/EPDM热塑性弹性体的硫化体系、硫化温度、硫化时间以及炭黑、滑石粉对其性能的影响。结果表明,过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)与硫磺的配合使用可提高共混物的拉伸强度和硬度,降低断裂伸长率和压缩永久变形;炭黑与滑石粉配合使用且配比为15:15时,共混物的性能较好。
Effects of curing system compositions, curing temperature, curing time, carbon black and talc as fillers on properties of thermoplastic elastomer PP/EPDM blend were studied. The results showed that combination of dicumyl peroxide( DCP) and sulphur could increase the tensile strength and hardness of system and decrease elonga-tion at break and permanent compression set. The blend behaved better when adding carbon black and talc at the ra-tio of 15:15.
