肾癌IGF-ⅠmRNA表达及与浸润转移的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨IGF Ⅰ 在肾癌组织中的表达状况。方法 采用RT PCR方法检测 2 5例肾癌及其癌周组织IGF ⅠmRNA的表达。结果  2 5例肾癌组织中 ,IGF ⅠmRNA无表达 2例 ,低表达 13例 ,中等表达 10例 ;癌旁组织无表达 8例 ,低表达 13例 ,中等表达 4例。癌组织表达强度明显高于癌周组织 (P <0 .0 5 )。 16例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期癌 ,IGF ⅠmRNA无表达 2例 ,低表达 11例 ,中等表达 3例 ;9例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期癌 ,低表达 2例 ,中等表达 7例。Ⅲ、Ⅳ期癌表达强度明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期癌 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 IGF Objective To investigate the expression of IGF?Ⅰ mRNA in renal carcinoma.Methods RT?PCR was used to detect IGF?Ⅰ mRNA expression in specimens from 25 renal cancers and normal tissues around the cancer. Results It was shown that IGF?Ⅰ mRNA were negative in 2,weakly positive in 13 and moderately positive in 10 among 25 renal cancers, whereas 8 were negative, 13 were weakly positive and 4 were moderately positive among 25 normal tissue around the cancer. IGF?Ⅰ mRNA expression was higher ( P< 0.05) in renal cancers than that in normal tissue. Among 16 Ⅰ,Ⅱ stage cancers, 2 were negative, 11 were weakly positive, 3 were moderately positive, whereas 2 were weakly positive and 7 were moderately positive among 9 Ⅲ, Ⅳ stage carcinomas. IGF?Ⅰ mRNA expression was significantly higher ( P< 0.05) in Ⅲ,Ⅳ stage cancers than that in Ⅰ,Ⅱ stage ones.Conclusion IGF?Ⅰ mRNA might enable renal cancer cells to spread.
