国产人工晶体的临床效果观察

Clinical Study after Homemade Intraocular Lens Implantation

目的 讨论国产人工晶体在白内障手术中的使用效果。方法 使用苏州医疗器械厂后房型人工晶体 ,施行 15 0眼白内障现代囊外摘除人工晶体植入手术 ,观察术中、术后早期并发症。结果 随访 12 7眼 ,玻璃体溢出引起日落综合征 4例 (3 .15 % ) ,角膜水肿 19例 (14.96 % ) ,人工晶体表面沉着物 4例 (3 .15 % ) ,轻度人工晶体偏心 14例 (11.0 2 % ) ,囊袋皱缩 5例 (3.94% )。

Objective To study the effect of extracapsular cataract extraction and homemade intraocular lens implantation.Methods Intraoperative complications, early and metaphase postoperative complications were observed in 150 cases of extracapsular cataract extrations and introcular lens implantations with posterior chamber lenses made in Suzhou Medical Instrument Factory.Results In 127 cases reviewed, vitrous loss and sunset syndrome 4 cases (3.15%), corneal edema 19 cases (14.96%), precipitates on IOL 4 cases (3.15%), slight IOL decentration 14 cases (11.02%), shrinkage of the capsular bag 5 cases (3.9%) were found.Conclusion on The complications which might be related to IOL quality are not more than that from oversea reports.
