摘要
目的 :采用HPLC法测定痤疮灵颗粒剂中葛根素的含量。方法 :在C18柱上以甲醇 水 (2 5∶75 )为流动相 ,用外标法定量。结果 :结果表明 ,葛根素在 0 .0 99μg～ 0 .495 μg范围内与色谱峰面积呈线性关系 ;加样回收率为 98.4% ,RSD =1.5 6 %(n =6 )。结论 :该法简便、准确、灵敏度高 。
Objective: To determine puerarin content in Cuochanglin Granules by HPLC. Methods: The determination was performed on C 18 column with MeOH H 2O(25∶75) as a mobile phase by means of external standard method. Results: There was a linear relationship between puerarin and chromatographical peak area when puerarin concentration was at a range of 0.099μg～0.495μg. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and sensible, and can be used for quality control of this preparation.
