鱼腥草注射液联合抗菌素治疗呼吸道感染50例疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Herba Houttuyniae Injection in Combination with Antibiotic on Respiratory Tract Infection on 50 cases

目的 :观察鱼腥草注射液的临床疗效及其安全性。方法 :80例病人随机分为观察组 (5 0例 )和对照组 (30例 )。观察组给予鱼腥草注射液 ,血常规检查白细胞总数升高或分类中性粒细胞升高者同时配合给予头孢拉定。对照组仅用头孢拉定 ,疗程为 5～ 14日。结果 :观察组治愈 31例 (6 2 % ) ,显效 14例 (2 8% ) ,有效 2例 (4 % ) ,无效 3例 (6 % )。对照组临床治愈 16例 (5 3.3% ) ,显效 6例 (2 0 % ) ,有效 1例 (3.3% ) ,无效 7例 (2 3.4% )。两组疗效比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。观察组临床症状 ,体征改善时间比对照组明显缩短 ,且治疗前后血清肌酐 ,尿素氮 ,谷丙转氨酶正常。结论 :鱼腥草注射液对各种呼吸道感染有良好的治疗作用。安全性好 。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Herba Houttuyniae Injection and its safety.Methods: 80 patients were divided into two groups at random: the treatment group (50 cases) and the control group (30 cases).The treatment group was given drug Herba Houttuyniae Injection.Those patients whose total white blood cell rises or differential neutrophilic granulocyte rises were treated with Herba Houttuyniae Injection with the addition of cefradine. The control group was only given drug cefradine. The treatment course was 5～14 days. Results: The treatment group were the successful treatment in 31 cases (62%), marked effectiveness in 14 cases (28%), effectiveness in 2 cases (4%), no change in 3 cases (6%). In the control group,16 cases cured (53.3%),6 cases were markedly effective (20%).1 case was effective (3.3%). 7 cases were no charge (23.4%).There was a significant difference between two groups ( P <0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptom and sign of patients in the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group. And serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and glutamic pyruvic transaminase before and after treatment were normal.Conclusions:Herba Houttuyniae Injection has a good effect on patients with various respiratory tract infections.It is safe and has no obvious toxicity on liver and kidney.
