胆管残余结石再手术36例临床分析

The clinical analyses of 36 cases on the residualgallstones in biliary ducts

目的 :探讨胆管残余结石再手术原因和手术方法 ,降低再手术率措施。方法 :对近 6年来我院胆管残余结石再手术 36例进行分析。结果 :非手术治疗无效者采取手术治疗 ,术后平均随访5 2个月 ,术后并发症占 8.3% ,其余良好。结论 :胆管残余结石的预防关键在于首次手术彻底性 。

Objective: Inquire into the cause and way ofreoperation on the residual gallstones in biliary dusts andprobe into the measure of reducing reoperation broportion.Methods: Analyse the reoperation of 36 patients on theresidual gallstones in biliary dasts in our hospital these sixyears. Results: Found 3 cases of the complication operatinetreatment on the patient of no avail by nonoperative treatment.After operation, we followed up a case by regular visits themtwo months equally, there were three cases, complicationscovering 8.3%, others were good. Conclusion: The preventivekey of the residual gallstones in the biliary ducts lies in thethoroughness of the ferse operation. The rational way slouldbe choosen for reoperating.
