多肿瘤抑制基因失活与膀胱癌的关系

摘要 应用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)和聚合酶链反应 /单链构象多态性分析 (PCR/SSCP)分别对 41例膀胱癌患者的多肿瘤抑制基因 (MTS1 )进行分析。结果显示 :MTS1 失活 15例 ,其中基因纯合缺失 11例 ,点突变 4例 ,失活率为 36 .6 %。MTS1 失活与膀胱癌的分级及分期呈正相关。提示 MTS1 失活在膀胱癌的发生。 Multiple tumor suppressor 1(MTS1) gene in 41 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinorma were analyzed with polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and polymerase chain reaction /single strand conformation polymorphism (PCR/SSCP)respectively There were 15 cases of MTS1 gene inactivations including 11 homzygous deletions and 4 point mutations The rate of inactivation was 36 6% The inactivations of MTS1 gene were negatively correlated to the tumor grade and clinical stage It is concluded the inactivations of MTS1 gene play an important role in the genesis and malignant progression of bladder carcinoma
