人眼视盘、视杯和视网膜中央血管的发育研究

The study of development of optic disc,optic cup and retinal central vessel

15 2只胚胎和 2 0只生后眼球在光镜下行连续组织切片观察 ,测量中央切片的视盘、视杯横径及视杯深度。结果可见视盘、视杯均随胎龄增长 ,逐渐增大、加深。 4～ 5个月时 ,视盘、视杯结构已较清晰 ,同时视网膜中央血管开始出现并清晰。视杯直径、视杯深度与视盘大小呈正相关 (r=0 .745 ,0 .439,P<0 .0 0 1)。认为视盘、视杯发育随胎龄增加呈指数增加 。

The sections of 152 fetal eyeballs and 20 child eyeballs were observed consecutively under light microscopes The horizontal diametres of optic disc, cup and the deepth of optic cup were measured from the sections of central cup at the same time The results showed the optic disc and cup were gradually widen and deepen with the fetal month increasing. The structure of disc and cup can been seen clearly at 4～5 months, the retinal central vessel can be seen become gradually clear as well The diametres,depths of optic cup are positively relative with the disc(r=0 745,0 439,P<0 001) These suggested the diametres of optic disc and cup are positively increased by index with the embryonic months, and they were affected by many factors
