Study of the Best Extraction Process of Eguichuan Injection

目的 :研究莪归川注射液最佳提取工艺。方法 :正交设计表 ,4个因素 ,3个水平 ,以阿魏酸为评价指标。结果 :各因素影响大小顺序为 C>A >D>B,各因素水平为 A3B1 C1 D1 。结论 :用 10倍量 p H7的水 ,提取 3次 ,30 min/次。

Objective:To study the best extraction process of Eguichuan injection; Methods:To use the orthogonal design table which contains 4 factors and 3 levels and to use ferulic acid as the index of evaluation; Results:The infection order of each factor was C>A>D>B, and the level of each factor was A 3B 1C 1D 1. Conclusion:To extract 3 times with 10 folds water of pH7 and each time lasted 30 minutes.
