5-氟脲嘧啶液加贞芪扶正胶囊治疗尖锐湿疣38例

38 Cases of Condyloma Acuminatum Treated with Zhenqi Tonic Capsules in Combination with 5-Fluorouracil Solution

目的 :观察 5 -氟脲嘧啶液加贞芪扶正胶囊对尖锐湿疣的治疗作用。方法 :应用 0 .5 % 5 -氟脲嘧啶注射液外用加口服贞芪扶正胶囊的方法治疗了 38例尖锐湿疣 ,与 15例单用 0 .5 % 5 -氟脲嘧啶注射液外用治疗组作对照。结果 :两组有效率有显著性差异 (χ2 =7.488,P <0 .0 1) ,复发率也有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :口服贞芪扶正胶囊的方法治疗尖锐湿疣可以有效地发挥免疫调节作用 ,增强患者的细胞免疫功能 ,降低复发率。

WT5”,6HZ]Objective:To observe the efficacy of taking Zhenqi Tonic capsules orally in combination with appyling 0.5% 5-fluorouracil solution locally in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods:[WT5”,6BZ]38 cases of patients with condyloma acuminatum were treated with taking Zhenqi Tonic capsules orally in combination with applying 0.5% 5-fluorouracil injection locally. Another 15 cases of patients with condyloma acuminatum served as the control by appling 0.5% 5-Fluorouracil injection locally only. Results:There existed statistical difference between the effective rate of two groups (χ 2=7.488, P<0.01), as well as the recurrent rate (P<0.05). Conclusion:Treating patients with condyloma acuminatum with taking Zhenqi Tonic capsules orally can enhance the function of cell mediated immunity and reduce the recurrent rate of condyloma acuminatum effectively.
