摘要
目的:·· 研究长期摄入海洛因对机体红细胞免疫功能及T细胞亚群的影响。方法·· :采用C3b受体花环率(C3bRR)、免疫复合物花环率 (ICR)、免疫组化等方法 ,测定50例海洛因依赖者红细胞免疫功能及T细胞亚群的变化 ,并对其相关性进行统计学分析。结果·· :海洛因依赖者红细胞免疫粘附功能及外周血T细胞总数均属低下 (P<0.01) ,且两者呈正相关 (P<0.01) ;CD4 +细胞也显著降低 (P<0.01) ,而CD8 +细胞无明显差异 ,CD4 +/CD8 +细胞比值则较对照组显著降低 (P<0.01)。
Objective: To observe the effect of long time abuse of heroin on red cell immunofunction and T cell subsets in heroin addicts. Method: C3b receptor rosette(C3bRR),immune complex rosette (ICR) and immunohistochemistry (APAAP method) were used to detect red cell immunofunction and T cell subsets in 50 cases of heroin addicts, and the relationship between red cell immunofunction and T cell subsets of heroin addicts was also studied statistically . Result: Red cell immune adhesion function and CD3+cells decreased compared with those of control (P<0.01),and the changes of RBC-C3bRR correlated positively to the level of CD3+ cells (P<0.01)in heroin addicts; CD4+ cells and the ratio of CD4+ /CD8+ in heroin addicts also decreased significantly compared with those of control (P<0.01),but there was no significant change in CD8+ cells. Conclusion:Red cell immunofunction and T cell-mediated immunofunction have been greatly damaged in heroin addicts.
