摘要
[目的]研究二硝基甲苯对肝脏的毒作用。[方法]用二硝基甲苯(DNT)以食用植物油为溶剂分为0、5、16、50mg/kg剂量组给大鼠经口灌胃,每日1次,连续13周,宰杀后取其肝脏观察其病理改变。[结果]大鼠肝脏脏器系数增大,肝脏的病理改变较为明显,其中肝细胞水肿、炎细胞浸润、肝脏淤血与对照组相比差异均有显著性,肝细胞坏死、脂变、嗜酸性变与DNT各剂量间呈显著正相关性。[结论]肝脏是DNT毒作用的主要靶器官。
[Objective] To study toxic action of DNT on liver. [Methods]DNT was divided into 4 groups (0, 5, 16, 50 mg/kg) with vegetable oil as solvent. Filled rats with DNT through mouths once per day for 13 weeks, then observed pathological changes of killed rats' liver. [Results]The results show hepatic pathological changes are obvious, especially differences of hydrops of liver cells, inflammatory infiltration and hepatic congestion between experimental group and control group. Necrosis of liver cells and fatty degeneration are related positively with DNT dosage. [Conclusion]Liver is main target organ of DNT toxic action.
