摘要
对TA2钛板在焊接、卷制圆筒中产生的裂纹问题进行了分析 ,并对衬钛圆筒焊接接头进行了机械性能、化学成份、金相组织和显微硬度、腐蚀等试验及测试 。
In view of the issues of cracking brought from the process of welding & shell rolling of TA2 plate, a welding test including mechanical characteristic, chemical composition, metallographic structure , micro hardness, erosion etc,has been done ,which indicates the welding characteristics can meet the requirements.
