摘要
产品创新始于构思 ,产品创新构思是产品创新过程中最能体现人类创造力的阶段 ,也是产品创新的关键环节。本文提出应用品质分析和需求评估进行创新源分析的方法 ,从创新的源头寻找产品创新可能的路径。通过对现有产品进行分析和评价 ,为产品创新构思提供创新点 ,从而提高产品的整体创新性 ,增强了产品的市场竞争力。最后介绍了该方法在铝合金基体陶瓷镶块摇臂设计中的应用。
Product innovation, which is the internal force of enterprise development, plays an important role in enterprise. Creative idea construction of production innovation, which is the most innovative phase in new production development, is the key part of the production innovation engineering .A method based on property analysis and requirement evaluation is put forward to search the possible route from the beginning of innovation. The direction of production innovation is determined exactly and the innovative degree of whole new product is improved highly through analysis and evaluation of current product .An example of application is also given for new product design of valve rocker.
