汽车球铁铸件凝固模拟缺陷判断的研究

Solidification Simulation Used for Defect Forecast of Automobile Nodular Iron Castings and Influencing Factors

针对不同造型方式下，大小不同的汽车球铁铸件，采用正交设计模拟，探索温度场中初始温度、导热系数、热辐射系数、凝固系数、化学成分、临界固相率、界面导热系数对铸件缩孔缩松的影响状况 ,分别找出这些因素的主次顺序，对提高球铁凝固模拟的准确性具有重要意义。

： A series of solidification simulations was designed and carried out according to the orthogonal method for some automobile nodular iron castings produced with different moulding modes to investigate the influences of initial temperature,conductivity factor,radiation factor,freezing factor,composition,critical solid phase factor and interface thermo－ conductivity factor on shrinkage cavity/porosity of castings,and found out the primary and secondary orders of above mentioned factors for every kind of casting.The results improved the accuracy of solidification simulation of nodular iron castings.
