摘要
分析了1Crl8Ni9Ti不锈钢换热器产生腐蚀失效的原因,研究了焊接热影响区、金属表面状态以及腐蚀介质对换热器寿命的影响。对提高换热器使用寿命的方法进行了讨论。
In this study, the causes of the corrosion damage of a row - plate 1Crl8Ni9Ti stainless steel heat -exchanger are analyzed. The effects of the HAZ,the state of the materials surface,and the environmental medium on the corrosion are investigated. It provides some effective methods to prevent corrosion.
