摘要
某批量的100mm壳体,经专项试验,发现其中少量壳体有开裂现象,经电镜观察和能谱分析,确认开裂是由于原材料中含有非金属夹杂所致。采用超声表面波探伤法,将含有非金属夹杂的壳体分选出来,完成向订货方提交合格壳体的任务。
Fraction of 100 mm diameter shells cracked in the given experimental condition. The causation was found to be the existence of nonmetallic impurities in raw materials by means of SEM and EDAX. The ultrasonic surface wave exploring was conducted to take out the shells containing nonmetallic impurities, and the left were submitted to client in time.
