摘要
通过持续１８个月、１３０炉次的工艺实践，对挤压模个别处理状态及模具颜色进行了较充分的工艺再现，完成了动态工艺的编制，确定了具有良好操作性的工艺参数调整系数，提供了完整的工艺实践结果．
Through speical process practice for 130 furnace times in eighteen months,process reappearance for specific handle state and mould, phenotype was fully carried out. The dynamic process is worked out. Adjust- ment coefficents of the process parameter that be provided with well operability are defined. Full result of process practice is provided.
