Higher fault rate of time relay in the electricity control apparatus of strander and closer is the main reason causing this kind of equipment to work off normal.A delay control apparatus has been designed and made by oneself.It is suitable for different control circuit,and is applied to control apparatus of strander,which can simplify control circuit,save capital,obviously raise work reliability of control apparatus.The circuit diagram of time lay relay is given and the work principle of apparatus is explained.
